Mother & Daughter Holiday Event

 Are you and your daughter a little bored in the school holidays?

✨Come along to a warm space for an Introduction into fitness and yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️ we will split the session in 2 with a little break in between

✨All levels of fitness welcome 🙏🏼

✨Age 11 and upwards 👩🏻‍🦰☝🏼

✨All you need to bring is wear your comfy gear, bring a water bottle and a mat, if you have one, but don’t worry if you don’t! 🥤

✨$25 (for 1 adult plus child), you can bring a friend too for an extra $10 👭
